Partner Marketing Specialist
Brief of the Role
We are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This position is tasked with maximizing the value our Partner Retailers gain when leveraging the suite of digital marketing tools in their AgVend-built platform to drive team and grower adoption, engagement, and incremental sales. This includes creating digital marketing campaigns for our ag retail Partners and coaching them on marketing strategies.While we feel strongly about periodically being in person together, we operate a distributed-first team model. We are looking for the best regardless of where you live.
Your Background
You must have 5 years of experience in digital or email marketing and be comfortable with content creation and debriefing marketing campaigns. You enjoy building relationships and helping organizations find success with new solutions. You are comfortable with data and aligning your efforts toward reaching KPIs. You have the knowledge and understanding of the agricultural input supply chain. Finally, you are an excellent communicator and comfortable working with many organizational stakeholders.Qualities We Seek

Collaborate with Partner Retailer’s to create professional-grade digital marketing content, including graphics and copy for emails, text messages, and more that supports driving platform adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
Drive Marketing Platform Utility
You will be helping our Partner Retailers through their digital marketing transformation, including optimizing and executing a marketing strategy through their AgVend-built digital platform.
