Enterprise Partnership Manager

Brief of the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Partnership Manager to join our fast-growing team, serving North America’s most innovative ag retailers. In this role, you will own the relationships with our largest and most strategic retailers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring the long-term success of our enterprise partners. You will play a critical role in helping enterprise partners successfully launch and adopt their AgVend-built digital platform to streamline workflows from field to office and enable frontline teams to offer more efficient, differentiated customer interactions.

While we feel strongly about periodically being in person together, we operate a distributed-first team model. We are looking for the best regardless of where you live.

Your Background

​You have at least 10 years of experience in account management, customer success or sales within a SaaS or technology-driven organization, preferably serving large ag retailers, chemical manufacturers or distributors. You have a proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts, with measurable success in achieving retention and revenue growth goals. You are comfortable managing large projects and are capable of engaging in both business-level and technical conversations. You have mastered the art of navigating large, complex organizations, have a knack for building lasting relationships, and enjoy helping organizations find success with new solutions.

  • Account growth and retention

    • We place a high value on our partners, ensuring their success when using the AgVend platform will be core to your job.

    • Act as a strategic partner by deeply understanding customers’ business goals and challenges.

    • You are responsible for maintaining and expanding the partnership, including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

  • Manage partnerships

    • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your partner’s organization.

    • You can craft data-driven stories and deliver compelling business reviews for your partners, showcasing ROI, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

    • You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the needs of your partners and advocating internally on their behalf.

    • Serve as a point of escalation for enterprise partners, resolving issues promptly and coordinating internal resources as needed.

  • Onboarding new partners

    • A strong launch is key to the success of our partners. You will be charged with leading the onboarding tasks and educating our partners’ teams on the benefits of their new digital tools.

    • Collaborate with partners to develop success plans that align our solutions with their business goals.

  • Be Ready for Anything
