Turning Technology Into Your Competitive Advantage: Partner Summit 2025

Over three energizing days, 200 AgVend partners and industry leaders gathered to strategize, share, and challenge the status quo of ag retail. With inspiring sessions, tactical breakouts, and a little Texas flair, this year’s AgVend Partner Summit wasn’t just about progress but about what’s next.

The event opened by highlighting AgVend’s mission: to create a more resilient and dynamic agricultural supply chain. AgVend emphasized that digitizing paperwork is just the beginning. The real opportunity lies in using technology to unlock insight, agility, and competitive edge across every corner of the business. With 74 partners and 150,000+ users, representing 30% of North American ag retail, the momentum to achieve this mission is real.

And while there is a focus on the core capabilities and processes within the platform, investments in tools like Goose (ag retail’s AI co-pilot) and Nexus (digital hub connecting suppliers and retailers) are being built to transform operations.

Celebrating Impact: 2025 Partner Awards

From optimizing operations to elevating the customer experience, AgVend partners continue to push boundaries and set new standards. Honoring innovation in action, we spotlighted four partners for standout results embracing their digital enablements platforms, mobilizing their teams, reimagining processes, and driving measurable impact. And true to AgVend’s Texas roots, these partners took home the cowboy hat.

While the applications are many, there is consistent value driven in four key areas: reducing costs, enhancing operational efficiencies, growing revenue, and improving the customer experience.

Keynotes & Insights: Driving Digital Change

To build on that momentum, the Summit featured powerful insights from industry leaders and change-makers.

CoBank COO Andrew Jacob joined Reichert for a fireside chat on transformation at scale. From agile delivery pods to embedded AI, Jacob stressed: tech is only half the equation—culture is key.

Continuing the theme of bold transformation, Keystone Cooperative’s session impressed attendees with how they united three major co-ops into a $3B entity—rebranding 50,000+ assets and transitioning 40,000+ platform users in under a year. The session underscored how operational excellence and digital tools can go hand-in-hand when change is driven with clarity and purpose.

It wasn’t just about vision—the Summit gave attendees a behind-the-scenes look at how AgVend tools are being implemented on the ground. Retailers shared play-by-play accounts of how they’re achieving adoption, improving customer engagement, and delivering ROI.
“Networking with other retailers and hearing how they are using the tools was incredibly valuable. – Partner Summit Attendee
These stories served as living roadmaps—helping other partners visualize what’s possible and gain confidence in taking their own next steps.

Building for What’s Next: People, Technology, and the Path Forward

An energizing theme of the Summit was the evolving intersection of people and technology—and what it means for the future of ag retail. In a breakout centered on the ag retail employee of the future, attendees explored how tools like AI assistants, immersive recruiting platforms, and leadership development programs are reshaping the employee experience.

The takeaway was clear: success in tomorrow’s ag retail world will be powered by tech-enabled people, not tech-replaced roles.

From streamlining daily workflows to equipping teams for strategic decision-making, AgVend partners are already proving that digital transformation is a team effort. Thought leaders like Bayer’s Dr. Jeremy Williams and Compeer’s Betsy Horton reinforced this vision, emphasizing the need for trust, operational discipline, and customer-centric strategies as the foundation for sustainable innovation.

And AgVend is meeting that future head-on, delivering a product roadmap filled with platform enhancements designed to do more than meet current needs. AgVend is building digital tools to anticipate what’s next, preparing ag retailers to lead with clarity in a rapidly changing industry.

From operational infrastructure to customer engagement and beyond, AgVend remains committed to delivering innovation for ag retail that’s practical, scalable, and grounded in value.

Looking Ahead

The 2025 AgVend Partner Summit was a reflection of the incredible progress being made across the AgVend network. Through shared stories, open dialogue, and partner-led examples, one theme stood out: technology isn’t just supporting ag retail—it’s becoming its competitive advantage.

From simplifying operations to deepening customer relationships, our partners are showing how digital tools can unlock new value at every level of the business. And while the pace of change continues to accelerate, so does the opportunity to lead through it.

Together, we’re shaping what the future of ag retail looks like. And we’re grateful to be building that future alongside the people redefining what’s possible.
