Ground Transportation & Shuttle Details
Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from the airport to Lost Pines Resort. It will be important to plan transportation back to the airport on Wednesday. If you are taking Uber or Lyft back to the airport, you will need to schedule the day ahead of your departure.

The resort has a travel concierge. Speak with the travel desk upon arrival on Monday to coordinate travel arrangements on Wednesday.

Turo or standard car rental from the airport is also available.

AgVend will provide shuttle service from the resort back to the airport on Wednesday every 30 minutes from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. To participate in the shuttle service, complete this form. If you need a shuttle time on Wednesday outside of the shuttle offering window, indicate your time in the form.

What’s the cost to attend? 
No cost to register for our partners. Partner expenses include transportation and hotel room.  Room rates are $339/night + $10/day resort fee. 

When is the registration deadline? 
February 20, 2025 is the deadline for the hotel room block and event registration. 

How many people from our team can attend?
We recommend 1-3 per ag retail organization, but there is no limit. 

What if I need to cancel my registration? 
Please inform Bailey Schober, Partner Summit event manager, bailey@agvend.com. Make sure to cancel your hotel reservation on your own, too. 

Cancellation policy on rooms; (7) days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees, which is a one night's rate, plus tax.

Business casual throughout the entire event, jeans are just fine! Tuesday evening will be more relaxed, so dress comfortably and get ready to race.

Circuit of The Americas is more than a race track – it’s the only purpose-built facility in the United States designed to host the premier motorsports championships in the world, including Formula 1, MotoGP, NASCAR and more. Learn more here

So, we are going karting? Tell me more. 
COTA Karting is the country’s premier karting destination for all skill levels. Kick fun into overdrive by challenging fellow competitors to a white-knuckle race next to the ONLY purpose-built permanent Formula 1 track in the United States! With 15 hair-raising turns, you’ll feel a rush of adrenaline as you experience the thrill of racing at incredible speed.

There are a few requirements to race. You must have a valid driver's license, sign their waiver, wear closed-toe shoes, wear a helmet and head sock, and have pulled-back hair. Consumption of alcohol before driving is prohibited.

Karting will be available for up to 90 people. You will race in groups of 18. Races take about 10 minutes per race. If you are interested in racing, please complete the form here

Will you provide a list of registered attendees?
 

Yes, a final list of attendees will be shared at the end of the event. 

I have a dietary restriction, will the food options accommodate for that? 
Yes, the meal selections will have gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. If you have specific allergies, please contact Bailey Schober, Partner Summit Event Manager at bailey@agvend.com to let her know. 

Are spouses welcome at the event? 
While most participants attend without spouses, the resort is family-friendly and offers amenities such as golf, a spa, pools, and restaurants. If spouses choose to join conference sessions and meals, an additional fee may apply. Please contact Bailey Schober, bailey@agvend.com, if your spouse will be in attendance.

Will the sessions be live-streamed if I cannot attend? 
While they will be professionally recorded and shared at a later date, we will not offer live stream access. 

We’ll be capturing moments throughout the event. While select sessions may be shared publicly with consent, event photography may be used for promotional purposes.
